Jakarta, July 2024. PT Adhimix RMC Indonesia (Adhimix RMC) has been trusted to supply ready-mix concrete to 10 IKN projects, topping off in July 2024. Topping off indicates that the building project has reached a significant stage, and the main structure of the building has been completed. This marks an important step in efforts to develop IKN as the center of Indonesia's new government.
For the first IKN project topping off this July, the State Palace Building and Ceremonial Field Construction Project in the Presidential Palace area at IKN, carried out by PTPP-WIKA KSO, Adhimix RMC has reliably supplied ready-mix from our plant in Sepaku.
For the second IKN project topping off this July, the Ministry of State Secretariat Building Construction Project carried out by PTPP, Adhimix RMC has made a significant contribution by supplying ready-mix from our plant in Sepaku.
The third IKN project topping off this July is the IKN Presidential Office Building Construction Project carried out by PTPP-WIKA KSO. Adhimix RMC supplies ready-mix from the Adhimix RMC Plant in Sepaku in this project.
The fourth IKN project topping off this July is the Coordinating Ministry Building and Office Area Construction Project 1 in the IKN Area, which WIKA Gedung is carrying out. Adhimix RMC supplies ready-mix in this project, which was sent from the Adhimix RMC Plant in Sepaku.
The fifth IKN project topping off this July is the Design and Build Integrated Construction Works Project for the Building and Office Area of Coordinating Ministry 2, which Hutama Karya is carrying out. Adhimix RMC supplies ready-mix in this project, which was sent from the Adhimix RMC Plant in Sepaku and Pemaluan.
The sixth IKN project topping off this July is the Coordinating Ministry Building and Office Area Construction Project 3, which Waskita-Nindya KSO carried out. In this project, Adhimix RMC supplies ready-mix sent from the Adhimix RMC Plant in Sepaku and Pemaluan.
The seventh IKN project topping off this July is the Coordinating Ministry Office Construction Project 4, which Waskita Karya carried out. In this project, Adhimix RMC supplies ready-mix, which was sent from the Adhimix RMC Plant in Sepaku.
The eighth IKN project topping off this July is the ASN Flats Construction Project carried out by PP-Urban-Jaya Construction KSO. In this project, Adhimix RMC supplies ready-mix sent from the Adhimix RMC Plant in Sepaku and Pemaluan.
The ninth IKN project topping off this July is the National Police, and BIN Flats Construction Project carried out by Adhi-Nindya-Wiratman KSO. In this project, Adhimix RMC supplies ready-mix, which was sent from the Adhimix RMC Plant in Sepaku.
The tenth IKN project topping off this July is the Presidential Secretariat and Support Building Construction Project in the IKN Presidential Palace Area, carried out by Waskita Karya. In this project, Adhimix RMC supplies ready-mix, which was sent from the Adhimix RMC Plant in Sepaku.

For information, Adhimix RMC has two batching plants to meet all ready-mix product supply needs in the IKN area: the Sepaku Batching Plant and the Pemaluan Batching Plant. Each plant has a production capacity of more than 100 m3 per hour, producing more than 2,000 m3 of ready-mix concrete per day.
